Beanchor Campbell is the Owner & Executive Chef of Hella Beanz Catering Company (Hella Beanz CC). Chef Campbell specializes mostly in fine Jamaican and American cuisines alongside an array of other delicious meals. She is a native of Miami, FL, but currently resides and operates in the DMV Area. Chef Campbell is a graduate of The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) with a Bachelors in Hotel & Restaurant Management, currently Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Hella Beanz CC has a mission to “excite your budz” from kitchen to plate by enhancing the palate with freshly made seasonings and sauces while also providing quality service through finely-prepared and superbly-tasting meals.  The passion and love for food is the driving force behind ten-plus years in the Food Service Industry offering love with every foodie she encounters. Chef Campbell is a product of two amazing Jamaican cooks, her mother and father, who she credits as her inspiration for the Chef we have today.
